There Are Home Remedies For Acne
By William Allen Yap

Acne can happen when you are young or old. The worst part is that it can happen again. Instead of buying expensive creams, there are home remedies you can use to treat it.

The most basic is to wash your face twice a day using soap and water. Ideally, this should be done when you wake up in the morning and before you go to bed.

You can also use water based skin care products since it does not contain any chemicals that you may be allergic to.

Your doctor can recommend it or you can do some research and then check if this is safe for you to use. Some examples of these products are benzyl peroxide, alpha-hydroxy acid, and salicylic acid and tea tree oil. Be sure to follow the application instructions properly.

Another method will be to use skin pore strips and cleaning pads since it captures dirt and oil on the skin when this is peeled off from the face.

When you exercise in the gym or at home, be sure to have a towel so you can wipe the sweat coming out of your face and body. Since your hair follicles come into contact with invisible germs and bacteria in the atmosphere, a headband or cap so this will not also get in contact with your face.

Wearing the proper attire should also help. The best ones around are clothes made of 100% cotton as this absorbs sweat easily than any other fabric. Once you get home, take a shower and use shampoo and soap to clean yourself all over.

Most people have  the tendency to touch their way for no apparent reason but did you know that did can also cause if your hands are dirty? This means you also have to wash your hands regularly. If you can't go to the comfort room, make sure you have a hand sanitizer or a bottle of isopropyl alcohol around.

You can also get by being exposed in the sun too long. To prevent this from happening, apply sunscreen before you go out and wear a pair of sunglasses and a hat.

Acne can be prevented and treated by using some simple home remedies. Just remember that if it happened before, it is possible that it will reappear again in the future so take good care of your face and body.
