When I was sixteen years old, I already had few acne. At first, I was not troubled by one or two pimple since I don't think that it was severe. Of course, as a teen, I didn't know much about so I've been squeezing the pimples that were popping out.
Unfortunately, because of this, other areas of my face became affected with as well. My friends told me to use anti-acne products so I bought some in the beauty store immediately. But my dilemma became worse since the ingredients in the beauty product I have used irritated my sensitive skin. Not only that I had more pimples but my skin became red as well.
Then I tried searching for magazines and books that will be the answer to my prayers. Fortunately, I came across a certain page. I read that apples help detoxify the body and may improve the skin at the same time. So what I did is I ate products made from apple and drank apple juice as well. Fresh apple was my constant breakfast along with apple juice. And then at night, I see to it that I ate another apple before I go to bed.
It took quite a long time but the result is different if I were to use commercial beauty products. Not only that my skin became acne-free but I had the glowing skin that my friends envied as well. I did not spend that much yet I was able to achieve the skin that I want, flawless and with radiance.
