When you do find that appears on your back, a commonsense approach is not to wear tight clothes. In these days of fashion statements, this could be hard. However the important factor to remember is that you want to clear this skin disease up quickly and not have the condition advancing further. You also have to remember that the tight clothes will make your sensitive skin more irritated and as a consequence cause more of the acne.
It might be a good idea to correct your diet and monitor the results. In the long run, it will improve your overall health and should improve your form of acne. However where the case of back is moderate, this can be addressed by using over-the-counter products or prescription medications. But when the back becomes or is severe, and causes cysts, it is imperative to seek out the expertise of a skin doctor. Most importantly you are wanting to help minimize the possible scarring that could result.
