Going to the clubs and partying is part of who I am. And along with the fun that I have is drinking and being exposed to pollutants that would cause pimples, blackheads, and other breakouts.
Moreover, I am also a fan of fast foods since I don't have enough time to cook my own food. And since I've been doing this for quite a long time with no visible side effects, I thought that I would never get to have ever.
Unfortunately, I got what I deserved. The pimples started appearing on my face, one after another. I started to panic and tried using beauty products from different manufacturers but it only made my skin condition worse. My face became swollen and red marks started to appear from nowhere.

Aside from that, I also started eating healthy and avoided oily foods from the fast food chains. I learned that oily foods will only add more sebum to the skin. Vegetables and fruits became my best buddies in achieving a clear and acne-free skin.
