Ever since I reached puberty, I was never a fan of blackheads, pimple, and other forms of acne. That is why every time new appears, I immediately try to squeeze it or pop it.
I know that it is not the right way to get rid of breakouts but because it makes me very conscious about my appearance, I can't help but to pop it out.
But when I entered college, every thing became stressful. I have to stay up late to do homework and theses. As a result, I was bombarded with acne. I got so many pimples that I feel like there is no more space left for another acne. I tried using creams, gels, and other products. Unfortunately, any of those didn't work.
I accidentally browsed a book that talks about breakouts. From there, I learned that the lack of sleep and the accumulated toxin in our body are the main factors why some people, including me, have this beauty dilemma. Sleeping can actually regulate one's hormone. Therefore, you skin will not be distressed and no will come out.
Since then, I tried doing my school works early so that I can get to bed before 10 in the evening. During my free time, I try to sleep as well so that my skin and my body will be rejuvenated too.
With enough sleep and the help of body detox program I did at home, one by one, my began to disappear. I was so happy to know that the only key to a healthier skin doesn't cost a cent at all.
