It's a busy world out there. Everybody has too little time to spare beyond their professional lifestyle. But when you have acne problems, you can't leave it unattended - especially if you are concerned about your looks and appearances. Here are some quick acne remedies you can consider trying out.
Consider using some lavender as this comes with natural antiseptic properties. And lavender is one of the proven acne remedies. Just in case you already have lavender oil in the kitchen cabinet, consider adding a little bit of bathing water. Just make sure you're having a first-class soak. Try this on a regular basis.
Prepare a natural facial mask with cucumber! Just put a little cucumber in the bowl and then crush it well so it turns into a smooth paste. Then apply it evenly on your face. Leave it like that for around 30 minutes. Doing this on a daily basis can bring noticeable improvements.
Again, you can also prepare an oatmeal facial mask! Take some oatmeal, to mix it with a little honey (yoghurt will also do). Just be sure you make the oatmeal softened in the first place, as this will make the facial mask ideal for your acne. And when the oatmeal dries up, just rinse out with lukewarm water.
Consider using a few pieces of orange peels! When you peel some oranges grate those first. Then put those into a bowl and mix with a little bit of water. Make a paste to apply on your acne. After that, allow an hour or so before you wash off.
Another one among the popular acne remedies is fresh mint leaves! Did you know that mint leaves come with natural ant-inflammatory properties? They're actually pretty helpful when it comes to alleviating acne problems. Just get some real fresh mint leaves (which you can find at the local garden centre). And when you've got the leaves, get them smoothly crushed in the first place. Then just rub its juice on the acne affected areas. Let it stay like that for around 15 minutes or so. Finally, rinse off with normal cold water.
And many acne sufferers get great results with peppermint. This is a natural element that comes with great medicinal properties, which have proved very effectual for treating acne. And then again, when there's no peppermint in your backyard garden, you can collect it from the nearby garden center.
Application is pretty much same as the previous ones. Just crush some leaves to get some peppermint juice. Apply it on the acne infected area. For the best results, leave it like that for 15 minutes or so. And when you're done, just rinse off with cold water.
